Travelissimo lets you browse partner hotels, view interactive floor plans, and request or purchase a paid room lock or guarantee for a specific room or room attribute. We act as an intermediary between you and the partner hotel; the underlying accommodation is provided by the hotel.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings, Locks & Guarantees
A paid room lock or guarantee is an add-on to a hotel booking you hold. Confirmation is subject to availability and the partner hotel honouring the reservation. Where we cannot deliver the exact room or attribute guaranteed, our money-back commitment in the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorise the charge of the displayed fee plus any applicable taxes. We do not store full card numbers. All fees are shown before you confirm.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorised access, scraping at scale, submitting false information, interfering with other users, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
